Development Phase (50-90% complete)
If you cancel during active development:

- Deducted Costs: All development work completed to date

- Timeline: Refund processed within 15 business days
Final Review and Launch (90-100% complete)
Once the project enters final review or has been launched:
- Eligible Refund: No refunds available
- Reason: Service has been substantially completed and delivered
- Alternative: Support and revision options remain available per package terms
4. Revision Policy
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds:

- Quantum Professional: 4 rounds of revisions
- Quantum Enterprise: Unlimited revisions
What Counts as a Revision
A revision round includes reasonable adjustments to:

Out-of-Scope Changes
The following are considered out-of-scope and may incur additional fees:
- Complete design overhauls

- Changes after final approval and launch

9. Force Majeure
